Precautions for furnace temperature of regenerative aluminum melting furnace
Regenerative aluminum melting furnace is mainly composed of heating furnace body, regenerative chamber, reversing system, combustion system, exhaust system and smoke exhaust system. It is inevitable that some problems related to abnormal furnace temperature occur during production and use. The following is a brief introduction to the precautions for furnace temperature of regenerative aluminum melting furnace:
1. Abnormal low temperature on one side and normal temperature on the other side: the main reason for this problem is that the temperature of two ends of a pair of regenerative burners of regenerative heating furnace is different, but the temperature of the furnace on the same side is close. In the section with problems, the quick cut valves should be blocked one by one, and the unstable condition of furnace temperature point should be investigated. If the temperature of a certain point in the same section of the regenerative heating furnace is too low, and the temperature of the other points is normal, the butterfly valve plate shall be adjusted to be completely closed, and the valves for different angle adjustment shall be replaced. If the furnace temperature of other groups of quick cut valves changes normally when one pair is blocked, the furnace temperature is abnormally low, and the problem occurs in this section.
2. When the furnace temperature of regenerative heating furnace is too high at one point and the furnace temperature of the other places is normal, it is possible that the collapse of honeycomb may cause some heat to enter the fan directly from the furnace chamber through the regenerative burner and without the heat storage and cooling of honeycomb, it may cause the furnace temperature is too high during smoke exhaust. The bellows with the collapse of honeycomb shall be put in order, the honeycomb shall be replaced and the baffle shall be welded on the upper side of the bellows; it is also possible that the honeycomb is broken, and the natural gas is mixed with the unburned air in the furnace under the action of gravity in the process of transferring from combustion to smoke exhaust, so that the natural gas and air burn in a short time in the three-dimensional area of the honeycomb layer of the regenerative burner layer, and the resulting flame furnace temperature is higher than the acceptable furnace temperature of the honeycomb, but it is then cooled by the exhaust gas with normal furnace temperature, circulating repeatedly to form breakage. In addition, the high-temperature dust in the natural gas will cause the corrosion of the regenerator and aggravate the breakage. Thus, the regenerator with higher furnace temperature should be selected and treated with high thermal stability to increase the hole diameter and wall thickness.
