Why do enterprises choose to use regenerative aluminum melting furnace?
The regenerative aluminum melting furnace can well meet the requirements of strict alloy composition requirements, discontinuous production, large single furnace capacity and other requirements in the aluminum smelting process, and achieve the effects of reducing consumption, reducing burning loss, improving product quality, reducing labor intensity, improving labor conditions and improving production efficiency. It is suitable for intermittent operation, smelting with alloy added and smelting with more return materials.
The regenerative combustion automatic control system can flexibly set various thermal parameters of the kiln through the touch screen. The advanced industrial control computer PLC automatically realizes the automatic flame detection, automatic flameout protection, low pressure safety cutoff, ignition program control, pulse combustion control, reversing control, automatic temperature control, flow pressure control, burning atmosphere control and other control procedures in the combustion process. Once any safety abnormality is found, the running software will immediately start the alarm signal and prompt the operator to handle it.
1. It is not only suitable for the newly-built aluminum melting furnace and holding furnace, but also suitable for the regenerative technical transformation of the used furnace. The original furnace foundation and steel structure can be kept unchanged, and the regenerative burners can be added on both sides or the same side of the used furnace. The construction is simple, and the technology is advanced, mature and reliable.
2. The preheating temperature of combustion air is up to about 1000 ℃, and the unit consumption index of molten fuel is within the range of 50m ³— 85m ³ natural gas/ton of aluminum. It has outstanding energy saving benefits, saving fuel consumption up to 30% - 70%, and thus has low operating costs. After the implementation of the project, only the energy saving income can recover the project investment within half a year.
3. All flue gas is discharged from the heat storage body, and the flue gas discharge temperature is lower than 120 ℃ - 150 ℃, so the limit recovery of flue gas waste heat can be achieved, and the recovery rate of waste heat can reach 80% - 90%. Therefore, there is no need for auxiliary flue design, and there is no need for high chimney smoke exhaust, which reduces the project cost.
4. The heating speed is fast, which can increase the output of aluminum melting furnace of the same size by about 20%.

By organizing stratified oxygen-poor combustion, the flame combustion area is expanded to the furnace boundary, making the temperature distribution in the furnace uniform, the scrap aluminum heating more uniform, reducing the oxidation effect of partial high temperature and oxygen-enriched environment on the scrap aluminum, and reducing the burning loss rate of molten aluminum from 2% to 3% to less than 0.8%, greatly improving customer economic benefits.
