Our company successfully completed the 2020 year-end aluminum melting furnace maintenance project of Southwest Aluminium Group
At the beginning of December 2020, after the company received the year-end maintenance task of 20 #, 22 #, 24 #, 31 #, 32 #, 33 #, 34 #, 36 #, 37 #, 38 # smelting furnaces in the Southwest Aluminum Smelting and Casting Plant, Lu Xiaoyu, the deputy general manager of the company, formulated a detailed operation plan. The project department, production department, technology and quality department were responsible for the construction of the project, and the electrical department, mechanical department and comprehensive department fully cooperated with the construction.
All departments should make preparations before construction and start the maintenance of SWA on December 21, 2020. In order to ensure the quality and quantity of the maintenance work, all the personnel faced various difficulties and challenges, worked overtime, and worked together. After 11 days, they successfully completed the work and won the praise of SWA.
